LENSA.TODAY, -(POLITIK)- Babak baru perseteruan antara Kepala Staf Kepresidenan (KSP) Moeldoko dan Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono terkait keabsahan kepengurusan berimbas sampai ke daerah. Pasalya, Partai Demokrat yang pada awalnya penuh dengan figur politisi-politisi ulang dan profesional ini menjadi lemah dan tak berdaya.
Hal tersebut bermula adanya pernyataan AHY yang menyebut Moeldoko telah mengajukan peninjauan kembali (PK) setelah upaya kasasinya ditolak oleh Mahkamah Agung (MA) pada 29 September 2022.
Kepada Media, Janes Momenaung menjelaskan bahwa sebagai kader Partai Demokrat di Provinsi Gorontalo menyatakan dukungan terhadap Pengajuan Kembali (PK) yang dilayangkan Ketua Umum hasil kongres luar biasa (KLB) di Deli Serdang, Moeldoko ke Mahkamah Agung (MA).
Lanjut Janes, dukungan tersebut dinyatakan Mantan Ketua Badan Pembinaan Organisasi, Keanggotaan dan Kaderisasi (BPOKK) Demokrat Gorontalo Periode 2017-2022.
” Kami di Gorontalo sampai saat ini mendukung penuh upaya hukum luar biasa PK yang diajukan Ketua DPP Versi KLB Moeldoko dan Jhony Alen, ke Mahkamah Agung,” kata Janes Momenaung. Jumat, (5/5/2023).
Bahkan tak hanya itu, Janes juga mengatakan bahwa sebagai kader yang membidangi berdirinya Partai Demokrat di Provinsi Gorontalo 2002-2003, dirinya terus mengukuti perkembangan partainya sampai saat ini, khususnya hasil KLB Deli Serdang.
” Sebagai kader yang sudah pindah ke kubu Moeldoko, saya mengapreesiasi upaya hukum yang dilakukan Bapak Moeldoko dan Jhony Alen Cs, sebagai upaya yang baik bagi iklim demokrasi kita,” ungkap Janes.
Selain itu juga, Janes menilai Partai Demokrat saat ini telah kehilangan nilai-nilai demokrasi yang didirikan oleh pendiri-pendiri terdahulu.
” Jadi kewenangan yang ada di daerah itu sudah diambil alih oleh pusat. Ini yang sangat kami sesalkan dan sangat menyesatkan, sehingga kami mendukung sepenuhnya langkah bapak Moeldoko Cs. Sehingga kami di Gorontalo berharap partai Demokrat dikembalikan kepada fitrah awalnya,” imbuh Janes.
Terakhir, Janes sangat mengharapkan bahwa bapak Moeldoko Cs dapat memenangkan PK, demi kemenangan demokrasi yang ada di Partai Demokrat itu sendiri.
” Saya mengharapkan kepada simpatisan dan kader untuk mengikuti dan mengamati perkembangan Partai Demokrat, khususnya kader kubu AHY yang kebingungan. Partai Demokrat sedang dibawah kembali ke fitrahnya,” pungkas Janes Momenaung. (Arb)
